Are these pre-made designs that I can print?
No, the only packs that contain premade graphics that are editable are the Ultimate Templates. What you're purchasing are a wide range of time-saving design tools that will enhance your graphics.
Are these compatible with other programs besides Photoshop?
Yes, many of packs (such as the PNG element packs) can be used in any design program. However, many of 1-click effects are designed specifically for use in Photoshop.
If I lose my products or computer how do I get my purchases back?
You can access your purchases at any time by logging into your FULLERMOE account and re-downloading.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, I can only offer refunds if the products have not been downloaded.
